Custom Antibody Production:
Pacific Immunology offers comprehensive antibody production packages that simplify the process of ordering custom antibodies. Antibodies can be generated against customer-supplied antigens or against peptides that Pacific Immunology synthesizes and conjugates. Popular packages allow for the generation of custom Monospecific and Phosphospecific antibodies.
Immunochemistry:
Pacific Immunology provides immunochemistry services such as Affinity Purification, IgG/IgY Purification and ELISA to characterize and prepare custom antibodies for use in assays.
Peptide Synthesis:
A preferred method for obtaining highly specific polyclonal antisera, peptides conjugated to a carrier protein allow for the generation of high-affinity antibodies against one or multiple epitopes on a protein. Pacific Immunology offers synthesis and conjugation of peptides (including modified peptides) and provides antigen design assistance at no additional charge.
AdjuLite® Adjuvants:
Pacific Immunology is the only custom antibody provider to have developed its own premium line of Freund’s adjuvants. These adjuvants significantly enhance presentation of the immunogen, thereby maximizing the affinity and titer of antibodies. AdjuLite® Adjuvants also permit the use of smaller antigen doses and virtually eliminate abscesses and immunization stress for the animal.
