Payment Terms

BILLING & PAYMENT:

Pacific Immunology will invoice Client for costs associated with the Services as described in the associated Estimate. Client agrees to pay for such fees and costs in USD within 30 days of receipt of a complete and accurate invoice.

If an invoice is not paid within 30 days of issuance, interest will be charged on the principal balance (consisting of any unpaid fees, costs, and/or expenses) shown on the bill. Interest will be calculated by multiplying the unpaid balance by the periodic rate of .833% per month (TEN PERCENT [10%] PER ANNUM). The unpaid balance will bear interest until paid.
