Step 1: Obtain a Formal Quotation:

For most projects, we recommend obtaining a formal quotation prior to issuance of a Purchase Order or supplying credit card details. Please email our sales staff to obtain a formal quotation for your proposed project. If you are sending us a protein and using your own FedEx account #, then it typically isn’t necessary to get a formal quotation.

Step 2: Complete PDF Order Form:

Our interactive PDF Order Form allows you to quickly fill in your order details on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once the form has been completed, please email a copy to our sales team.

Customer-Supplied Antigens:

If providing your own antigen for generation of custom antibodies, simply ship the protein (along with a printed copy of the PDF Order Form) to the following address:

Peptide Antibody Projects:

We recommend first contacting our sales team via email with details for your protein or proposed sequence(s) so that we can provide antigen design assistance (no additional charge) or make recommendations for any modifications that might be necessary for your proposed peptide sequences.
Once a final peptide sequence(s) has been chosen, we can then put together a formal quotation from which the PDF Order Form can be completed and a PO# or credit card number supplied.

Shipping Expenses:

Shipping charges are not included in the price of antibody production services. If you would like to use your own FedEx Account #, then a shipping quotation is not required. Otherwise, please email one of our specialists to obtain a shipping quote.

Method of Payment:

Pacific Immunology is happy to accept payment via Purchase Order or VISA, MC and AMEX credit cards. If paying with a credit card, please fax the completed order form to 760.789.9738 to avoid transmitting confidential information over the Internet.

International Orders:

Pacific Immunology welcomes international orders for custom antibody production services and can accept payment via Wire Transfer, Check or VISA, MC and AMEX Credit Cards.
